Margy was pregnant with her first child; however, for one week she took us to every home for sale on Kailua and Lanikai beach. Her knowledge of the properties and her professional approach convinced us that we had chosen the most qualified realtor for showing us property on Kailua beachfront. Her knowledge of inventory and previous sales in the area was outstanding. All told, we have purchased four properties with Margy as our agent, and have sold two of them. One of the properties was purchased on the court house steps, with Margy acting on our behalf while we were on the mainland. She even went to her bank to get an additional certified check to close the deal on our behalf.
